​Malcolm Spalding is currently a Councillor for the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, representing Earl's Court Ward since 2014. He was previously a Chartered Engineer and Principal of the London Electronics College. He is vice-Chairman of the Kensington & Chelsea Strategic Partnership; a member of the Learning Work & Business Group, and the Business Crime Reduction Partnership. He is also chairman of the Earl's Court Society, is a trustee of the Earl's Court and Olympia Charitable Trust and the Westway Trust. Malcolm has been a Chamber for over 20 years and has previously served as both Chairman and President.
