I am writing to invite you to the second business briefing reception on the Earls Court development on 5 July 2017 from 6pm-8pm at the Earls Court Project Rooms.
As you will be aware, Capco is leading the development of Earls Court which will create 8,000 new homes and 10,000 new jobs when the project is complete. The project is progressing well. The demolition of the former exhibition centres is now complete; London’s largest crane is on site and the first new residents have moved into their new homes at Lillie Square.
Following the success of the inaugural business briefing event a few months ago, we would like to invite you to this informal drinks reception to discuss the local business environment. The theme of this briefing will be to look at what businesses in Earls Court want from the development. Capco and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea recently carried out a Business Survey in the Earls Court area asking local businesses for their priorities for the development and I would welcome the opportunity to update you on the findings and hear your views on the progress being made at Earls Court.
The informal drinks reception will take place at the Earls Court Project Rooms, 16-18 Empress Place, London SW6 1TT from 6pm to 8pm on 5 July 2017.
The Earls Court Project Rooms is Capco’s briefing, consultation and events space for the development. It includes scale models of the consented Masterplan and exhibits from our partners - the Centre for London and Monocole.
To RSVP to this event, please email my team at info@myearlscourt.com. If there are people in your organisation who you think would benefit from coming along, or if you are unable to attend, please do pass on the invitation to them.
I look forward to seeing you in the Project Rooms on 5 July 2017.
Yours sincerely,
Anette Simpson
Group Director of Planning, Capco
