The Museum of Brands and KCCC hosted a very successful evening showcasing SpaceHive and its work in the Royal Borough.
Spacehive provides a platform for supporting and fund raising by local change makers, harnessing the creativity and wealth of cities to transform the civic environment.
Following the success of Spacehive partnerships in many other London boroughs and UK cities, Spacehive has recently begun a new partnership in Kensington and Chelsea. This means the creation of the "Kensington and Chelsea Hive" - an online platform to pool ideas, resources, and success stories, showcasing projects that empower the community to take civic enhancement to new and exciting heights.
The hive is beginning to be populated with initial ideas for crowdfunding.
Businesses can get involved with local projects in a number of ways including contributing funding, skills, and products to projects that are transforming communities.
The event will consisted of a short presentation by Spacehive discussing how local people and businesses can get involved followed by networking in the new location of the Museum of Brands.
